And under 2000 tri faces is low poly. The max is 4000 tri faces.
You have managed to waste over 5000 faces with little or no definition.

The render is also a little blury. You should get brazil or use max's built in render: mental ray. You'll get a more lively render I assure you.
Also, I noticed that shadows dont exist on the render, maybe a couple of lights with casts for shadows would give even a more compeling look.
Great work nonetheless!
