About Ur model, U guy have skills, U know modelling, texturing and stuff.Just tweak your model to make it looking more like lara, especially concerning the face, looks like it has been stretched horizontally.
Make her eyebrows thicker and shorter, close her mouth and make it shorter and thicker, Lara has sensual lips!
Add some make-up to her eyes, and change their color to make them look darker
Correct the orientation of the piece of hair hanging down her face, and make it longer and thiner.
Make her nose less pointed.
That might be all.Oh by the way, i used that pic as a reference for my advices: http://www.tcmagazine.info/images/gc/news/Lara_2.jpg
cheers
