I like the model, it looks good but there are a few things that stand out.

A few C & C's:
- The cartoon render works well on the shirt and the trousers but not on the face and the hair. The expression on her face doesnt realy come across very wel, the mouth and the chin look strange.
- Her eyes are wide open, she has no eyelids. This makes het look kind of psycho. Giving her eyelids and eyelashes wil make her look more relaxed.
- I can't realy make out her hands, a bigger render of one or two poses would solve this.
- Post a seperate link (full version) of the Max screendump. The current one is too small

Hi there! Yeah I agree with MadMesh here. I would also try and sharpen up the texture of the face to make it more defined. Maybe reshape the head to slightly more slender shape. Maybe the neck could be a tad shorter? Good work keep it up!

hello, I like this character, she’s cool, try to stick quad faces for now and later u can use it as a sub divisional surfaces. you can also use real woman as reference then later reduce the amount of faces and tweak her in to shape.

I have learn 3d modelling by down loading PDF files from Emule or Kazaar. i have a library PDF files for reference.

Good luck dude.

I agree with Mad Mesh. A larger image with the wireframes would help a lot more in helping you point out stuff.

When modelin a character you intend to pose, you have to keep in mind certain points like the elbows and knees. The knees don't seem far too off since the character wears baggy pants, but it shows up pretty glaringly on the elbows.

Great start. Mm hmm.

I admit this piece needs some help. (But much better than I can do in 3D) ;). It's defin intely decent for a beginner. My biggest tip is to keep practicing until you get the desired result. As with any artist their first attempts do not come perfect.

It's good you started with something that someone else created so you have a lot of reference pics to practice modeling. Then once you can manage to replicate techniques you'll be able to create your own stuff.

Just keep practicing!
