This is some good pencil work, I especially like the detail you put into the hair. The neck looks a little flat and I would like to see a bit more detail in the teeth but otherwise it's very nice!

Good work! Her smile looks a little strange - like if she has no teeth. But you have my symphathy for bad scanners/cameras.

One thing that I noticed is that her left eye is higher than her right. Also, the shading around her one earring could use a little work. It looks kind of... choppy!
