It's great since you've done this by hand. However, I feel lack of contrast and shadows in this pic. The lips need more details, while the teeth should be less highlighted to reveal the details.

She's very charismatic. I like how you kept her essence well defined. If the shirt was a deeper blue, her eyes would shine even more.

The only critique is that her lips seem to be lacking.. something. They look a bit flat compared to the rest of the picture. Add some fullness and she'll be perfect!
